MIDI-GPT is a fork of Repl37 that utilizes GPT-3.5-turbo and few-shot prompting to create MIDI files from natural language commands. The tool's core functionality lies in its ability to translate textual music descriptions into MIDI data. It includes a calculate() function that leverages the NumPy library to compute the mean, variance, standard deviation, max, min, and sum of a 3x3 matrix's rows, columns, and elements. Additionally, it features an interactive for-loop project that requires the user to identify a missing number from a sequence of 1-100 to exit the loop. The MIDI export functionality has been updated to automatically set the file name to the track's name. These features highlight the tool's versatility, showcasing its capabilities in both music generation and basic programming and mathematical functions.
